Shipping & Delivery Policy

72 Hours Studio, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us") sells digital creative services. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no courier involved. Everything we make is delivered online.
How we deliver
- Files are delivered as a download link (usually Google Drive) sent to the email address on your order, with a copy of the link on WhatsApp if you prefer.
- Monthly plans get a shared folder that we add to each week.
- Dashboards are shared as a live link to the tool you chose (Looker Studio or Google Sheets).
- We message you every time something is delivered, so you always know what has landed.
When the clock starts
Delivery times start once we have all three: payment, a completed brief, and the assets we ask for (such as logo files, product images and brand guidelines). If anything is missing, we ask on day one. Sundays and Indian national holidays don't count towards delivery times. Delays in feedback or assets extend the timeline by the same amount, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

File formats
- Video ads: MP4 in 9:16 and 1:1. Other sizes (4:5 or 16:9) are quoted separately.
- Motion logos: MP4, MOV with a transparent background, and GIF.
- Websites and landing pages: live on your domain, with all source files handed over to you.
- Static ads: PNG or JPG in feed and story sizes.
- Pitch decks: PowerPoint or Google Slides, plus PDF.
- Copy and LinkedIn posts: Google Docs, ready to paste.
Keep a copy of your files
Please download your final files within 30 days of delivery. After that we may archive them, and while we try to keep backups, we can't guarantee older files will still be available.
If we're late
If we miss a first-draft deadline for reasons within our control, we still finish the order and add a free bonus in the same service, such as an extra hook version for a video ad. The full list is in our Refund Policy.
Where we deliver
We work online with clients anywhere in India and abroad. Prices are in Indian Rupees, with no GST added.
