Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with 72 Hours Studio, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Every order includes revision rounds, so we fix work rather than refund it wherever we can.
One-time orders
- Before work starts: cancel for a full refund.
- After work starts: no refund is due for work already completed. For orders paid 50% upfront, the second payment is not charged if you cancel before final delivery.
Monthly plans
- Cancel with 15 days' written notice before your next billing date, and you won't be charged for the next month.
- The current month is not refundable. You keep everything delivered that month.
If we miss our commitment
If a first draft is late for a reason within our control, we still complete the order and add a free bonus in the same service. You don’t need to ask: it comes with your delivery.
- 30-second video ad: 1 extra hook version (a new opening for the same ad)
- 5-pack video ads: 2 extra hook versions
- Premium cinematic ad: a 15-second cut-down
- D2C Ad Engine: 1 extra video ad that month
- Static ads pack: 2 extra static designs
- Motion logo: 2 extra sizes (square and story)
- Business or Growth website: 1 extra page in a design your site already has
- Landing page build, extra pages and interactive pages: 1 free small-edit request
- LinkedIn Growth: 2 extra posts that month. LinkedIn Starter: 1 extra post that month
- Pitch deck: 2 extra slides
- Marketing dashboard: 1 extra chart
One bonus per order. Bonuses can’t be exchanged for cash or moved to another order, and the cancellation terms above still apply. The clock only runs once we have payment, your brief and your assets, as set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How to request a refund
Email hello@72hoursstudio.com with your name and order details. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are paid within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Free samples
Free sample ads are provided at no cost and carry no obligation to buy. We make one free sample per brand.
