These terms apply to every order placed with 72 Hours Studio, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). By paying for an order, you ("you", "the client") agree to them.

1. Services

We provide ad creatives, video ads, motion graphics, websites and landing pages, LinkedIn ghostwriting, pitch decks and data dashboards. The scope of each order is what is listed on our pricing page or written in the quote you accept. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

For websites and landing pages, you own the domain, hosting and all files, and we set them up in accounts under your name. You pay any domain, hosting, plugin or platform fees directly to the provider. We fix bugs in what we built for 30 days after launch; later changes are billed as extra pages or as small-edit requests (₹999 for up to 5 small changes, such as text, price or photo swaps). Policy pages we draft (such as Terms, Privacy and Refund) are templates based on your details, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving them.

2. Pricing and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. If we register in future, GST will apply only to invoices issued after that date, and we will tell you before it does. We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you pay applies to that order.

3. Payment

Orders below ₹15,000 are paid 100% in advance. Orders of ₹15,000 and above are paid 50% in advance and 50% before final files are delivered. Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Work starts only after payment is received.

4. Timelines

Delivery times, including our 72-hour first-draft promise, start when we have all three: payment, a completed brief, and the assets we ask for (such as logo files, product images and brand guidelines). Delays in client feedback or assets extend the timeline by the same number of days. Sundays and Indian national holidays don't count towards delivery times.

5. Revisions

Each order includes the number of revision rounds stated on the pricing page (two unless stated otherwise). A revision is a change within the original brief. A new concept, script, format or direction is a new order. Unused revisions expire 7 days after delivery. On monthly plans, each month's deliverables are for that month and don't roll over.

6. Approval

Work is treated as approved if you don't request changes within 7 days of delivery.

7. Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final delivered files and may use them commercially without limit. Until then, all work remains ours. Drafts, unused concepts, and our internal templates, prompts and workflows remain ours. Free sample ads are previews: one per brand, they may carry a watermark, and you may use them commercially only after placing a paid order.

8. Portfolio

We may show delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to before the project starts. LinkedIn ghostwriting is never disclosed or shown without your written permission.

9. Use of AI

We use AI tools alongside human writers and editors. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person before delivery. AI presenters and voices come from licensed libraries. We never replicate a real person's face or voice without that person's written consent. An AI presenter always speaks as the client's brand, never as a customer giving a review, and AI-made ads are labelled where ASCI guidelines require it.

10. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, everything you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy of the product claims, prices, offers and data you give us, and for making sure your ads follow ASCI guidelines, platform advertising policies and applicable law. Ghostwritten content is published under your name, and you approve it before posting.

11. No performance guarantee

We create the content. We don't control ad platforms, algorithms or audiences, so we do not guarantee leads, sales, return on ad spend, followers or engagement.

12. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

13. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, data and unreleased material confidential and use it only to deliver your order. Dashboards are built with the minimum data access needed, and you can revoke our access at any time.

14. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or ad spend.

15. Termination

We may stop work and end an engagement if payment is overdue by more than 7 days, or if a request is unlawful, misleading or abusive. Fees for completed work remain payable.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
